to develop a plan of action tailored to your pace and style of learning

The coaching intervention is based on the goals
and objectives you’ve identified in your personalized action plan.
During the intervention meetings, we work with you closely to help you
better understand the strengths and blind spots that comprise your leadership
competencies. We help you think through options and encourage you to
experiment with different behaviors and thought patterns. The executive
coaching work is done in as confidential a manner as you require.
Executive coaching is an individualized learning
program designed for time-pressed executives. We understand your constraints.
We also understand how desperately you need just-in-time help to handle
recurring situations with key people.
