Karen
Ostrov, Ph.D. is the founder (est.1994) and principal of Konect
Consulting, LLC. She combines over 30 years of professional leadership
experience as a licensed psychologist, executive coach, educator,
public speaker, group facilitator, author and ad hoc faculty member
at the University
of Wisconsin-Madison in the Executive Education program and
the
Clinical Psychology Department.

Dr. Ostrov received her Ph.D. in psychology from Marquette
University, a Masters degree in counseling from Washington
University at St. Louis, and a B.A. with honors in psychology

of Michigan.

Dr. Ostrov partnered in the design of the
executive coaching curriculum for the Leadership
Beyond Management program at the Fluno
Center and has continuously provided executive coaching services
to that program since its inception in 2000.
She serves on the advisory
board for the Madison
Environmental Group, Inc. and is an advisor with the LEAP
program. She is a past committee member of the Psychologically
Healthy Workplace Award sponsored by the Wisconsin
Psychological Association.
